How long does delivery take?▾
Bangkok Express orders arrive in 1–2 business days. Standard nationwide shipping takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email when your order ships.
What payment methods are accepted?▾
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) and PromptPay QR. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Can I return or exchange a product?▾
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened food and treats cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Email us to start a return.
Is my pet's food the right one?▾
Reply to your order confirmation email with your pet's age, weight, and any health considerations — our team will recommend the best products for them.
Do you ship outside Bangkok?▾
Yes! We deliver nationwide across Thailand via Kerry/Flash/J&T. Bangkok and nearby provinces receive Express delivery.
What if my order is damaged or wrong?▾
Reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost. Just reply to your order email with a photo.
