• Pet profiles: your pet's name, species, breed, birthday, photo, and notes you choose to add.
• Payment data: processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: cookies for your cart, language preference, and basic analytics.

How we use your data

• To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders.
• To provide customer support and respond to your questions.
• To personalize recommendations based on your pet's profile.
• To send order and shipping notifications.
• To send marketing messages only if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe any time.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the partners needed to run the store: delivery carriers (Kerry, Flash, J&T) to ship your order, Stripe to process payments, and our email provider to send order notifications. We never sell your personal data.
