Acceptance of terms

By browsing or ordering from Pawsmith, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account details and password secure, and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate information so we can deliver your orders correctly.

Pricing & availability

• All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and product availability may change without notice.
• If a pricing or stock error affects your order, we'll contact you and may cancel and fully refund that order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once placed, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) and PromptPay QR. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping & returns

Delivery, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

Pet product disclaimer

Our product descriptions and recommendations are provided for general guidance only and are not veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian about your pet's specific health, diet, and care needs.

Intellectual property

The Pawsmith name, logo, content, and design are owned by Pawsmith and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Pawsmith is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. We may update them from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.
