Where we deliver

Pawsmith ships nationwide across Thailand. Bangkok and nearby provinces receive our fastest Express service; everywhere else is covered by Standard nationwide delivery.

Delivery times

• Bangkok & nearby provinces (Express): 1–2 business days.
• Rest of Thailand (Standard): 3–5 business days.
• Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day are usually processed the same day; later orders ship the next business day.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on all orders of ฿800 or more.
• Standard Nationwide: ฿50. Bangkok Express: ฿80.
• The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Carriers & tracking

We ship with trusted Thai carriers — Kerry Express, Flash Express, and J&T Express — selected per destination for the fastest route.

You'll receive an email the moment your order ships. Once a tracking number is available, it will be included so you can follow your parcel.

Delays

During Thai public holidays, festivals, and peak periods, carrier networks can run slower than usual. We'll always do our best to dispatch on time and will let you know if anything affects your order.
